We all understand life happens. Please give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel and reschedule. No-shows will have an automatic $25 fee charged before you are able to make a future appointment. Hair by ALLI. Has a NO refund policy. If you go home and something just doesn’t feel right or you are unsatisfied with your hair service please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right. If you contact me after the 7 days you will be charged for the services you need to fix the issue.
